What can i do for my themed spa party?

I'm turning fifteen and i want to have a spa party with just me and my best friend, then go shopping downtown in Chicago, I need help on should i get a cake still or go to a restaurant down there instead, i need someone that has had a similar experience like me that can help me plan my party.

go to a really nice restaurant.

give her like $100 to spend.

go to a bakery and decorate your own cake or cupcakes.

get nails done and go to spa

at 15 I think you would do fine to go to a restaurant and just order a nice lunch and save room for desert.  A lot of spas include lunch in on package deals.  One of my friends did a spa party for a bridal shower and we went and did the makeovers and spa treatment and then we went and ate at O'Charleys and ordered a whole caramel pie.  If its just 2 of you then just each get a slice of something.
