i have slight upper lip hair. i went to a laser hair removal shop today and they said there was barely any hair there and just to wait a little bit, so thats out. Now they recommend bleaching, so what is the best bleaching i can use for home use that i can do by myself. Would do you recommend for my upper lip hair that is affective and will work?

  1. Bleach it.

I use Sally Hansen Bleach Creme and it works pretty good. They also have another bleaching kit for stubborn hairs.

I dont recommend waxing it because it can grow back thinker, faster, and darker.

  2. wax them. i highly suggest you not to get a laser treatment because it can end up in permanent damage. ive seen alot of shows on tv on how people suffer because of a surgical treatment. just get wax strips available at most drugstores and beautystores. if you want to get a laser treatment be sure to do your research. good luck with everything !(:

  3. I buy sally's wax strips they work great and you only have to use them like once a month plus the hair grows back lighter everytime you wax.

  4. Waxing works well. There are many home kits which work fine. Be sure that you buy a kit for facial hair, not body hair.

  5. Plucking (tweezing), Shaving, Depilatory creams and Waxing are temporary hair removal methods. Waxing usually lasts for 3 weeks, but it is painful. Electrolysis and laser hair removal are "permanent" hair removal methods but are expensive and you have to find a trained professional, otherwise your skin could be damaged. 6. i wouldn't recommend using any type of home waxing kits. there is a risk of pulling off your skin if you don't do it right. for me, i just get it professionally done at a salon and it only costs me $5.

  7. I use Sally Hansen Facial Hair Bleaching products. =]

    Works wonders!

It lightens and thins the hair so it appears practically invisible.^^

    EDIT:

and you can find the product at any drug store, walmart, etc.

and idk if you want to bother waxing, but that's an option too. your hair may grow back darker. =x but it lasts a while, so you just wax again when the hair starts coming back. Sally Hansen has those productts as well. just dont shave or anything. ha

  8. wax it. i know lots of people who wax theirs.

  9. Hrmm i wouldent bleach it if theres barely any hair there. Go to a salon and get it done professionally...its pretty cheap. Try waxing it off.. Its easier and quicker. You can go to any drug store that sales beauty products and pick up a facial hair waxing kit. If your worried if waxing will hurt...DON'T. hehe it doesnt hurt at all.
