What can i do if a doctor told me that i was healed but i still felt pain, and i was not healed?

I fractured my foot about a year ago, and i went to the foot doctor. I was going there for about 7-8 months and I was given an removable cast. They took X-rays the first visit and the last. The Doctor said that i healed fine. I called because i still had pain and he said it was due to my weight. I went to another doctor and they said it was never healed. CAN I SUE ????

don't it just puts you in more trouble.

I'm sure that you could look into it and see a solicitor if they think that you have a case you may be asked to see an independent doctor one that works for the state and get his opinion on it

The first Doctor said it was healed. Did the second Doctor take a new x-ray which showed it was still fractured, or was he just guessing? Best of Luck
