  1. i feel like this now and ive been keeping busy. it helps.

There is nothing wrong with missing someone especially if it is a loved one.  Try thinking about all the fun times you had together and some nice things about that person to put you in a good mood.  I like to write a lot when I'm down.  Try to write this person a letter about how you feel.  Just keep it for you to read not send it.  Write down some good times that you had and make it light & up beat instead of missing you & sad stuff.  Keep it handy & read it whern you feel down. It works for me.  Sometimes I even write some poetry too.  Make sure you eat properly and get enough sleep.  That's always helpful...

  4. I'm sure there's a story here. If they are alive, write or call them. If not remember the good times and the fact they'd want you to be happy. Where the confusion is concerned talk to someone about it or try to think clearly about everything that happened from different points of view. As far as the depression, get out and do new and interesting things, meet and talk to people. Also do things that have always cheered you up and talk to old friends/family. Music, dancing, etc. Eat properly and exercise also help tremendously with depression. If the depression has lasted more than a month or two you may need to seek professional help. There are medicines that can assist you in feeling better. However, keep in mind YOU are the only one who really has control over the majority of your life. GL
