To make a long story short, I purchased 3 salvage cars from a salvage dealer from SC. I had them transported to my home in MA. The seller had broken a part on one of the cars and promised to replace it but never did. At this point i had 2 titles, and 1 supposedly on its way. I was angry and threatened the seller that if he doesnt replace the part or refund money for the part, i will report him to the better business bureau so on and so forth. Ever since then, the seller has been playing games with me. He has not sent me the title to the last car. He keeps saying that he is "Forgetting" and that i should "Remind him".. When i call him he never picks up the phone, when i email him he says that he sent it, but has NO tracking number even though he said he would. He is a darn LIAR. I am sick and tired of dealing with this. The car has been sitting for about 5 months now without a title.
What can i do? What are my options? This guy is a salvage dealer in SC BTW., how can he still be in business?
