My boyfriend came here with a tourist visa 6 years ago when he was a minor(14 yrs old), after a year it expired and he has lived here in the us for five years illegally. he got oulled over for driving withoust a license and went tohomeland security in miami. Instead of paying for a lawyer and going to court he signed the paper to be deported and he thinks he may face a ten year ban. If i go to venzuela and marry him there is it posssible to get a waiver for the ban in the future so I can bring him back? Even in a couple years? ...He plans on writing a letter apologizing to the US for overstaying his visa as soon as he returns to Venezuela.

  1. Um, you may not be familiar with the political situation there, but moving to Venezuela today is like moving to Iran.  Or, if you are familiar enough with it, Cuba.

    Bye, bye!

  2. We need him in this country like a hole in the head. Buy yourself a vibrator.

  3. Well it looks like these people gave you alot of good help in their answers. NOT!!!!!!!!!!

I would start with getting a immigration lawyer to help him.  Even if he signed a paper to deport.  Probably a voluntary removal a lawyer can get it dismissed.  You dont ALWAYS get a 10 yr ban either. Yes you can write a letter and then file for extreme hardship.  I would start with calling a immigration lawyer you get better answers to your questions.  Here on Yahoo you will not get support or correct information. Everyone "thinks" they know what they are talking about but most dont.

  4. Get another boyfriend

  5. Please mail your apology to me, I am poor and need the toilet paper.

It's nice that you are apologetic AFTER you got caught. That's always the case. I don't think you understand that he is a criminal, he broke the law. We have methods in place that would get him in the country but he wanted his way. These are the repercussions. You need to deal with them now.

We have open arms for people who follow the rules like our families had to.

  6. He has been here illegally, and has not applied as an adult to change his status. He will have to remain out of the US for the length of the ban.

  7. It is very unlikely that they will let him back into the US before the end of his ban.  In fact, it is probable that he will never be allowed back into the US.  I am sorry, but you should not marry someone for immigration reasons.  Writing a letter will do no good, otherwise there would be a pile of paper a mile deep at the immigration courts.

  8. Find a new boyfriend, legal this time. That dude won't be back for 10 years unless he comes illegally then you got bigger problems.

  9. Find another one. Whats your age? My son needs a good woman.

  10. say goodbye to him and find a new boyfriend,  there are 300 million people in this country, u should have no trouble finding someone else

  11. MATEO  MATEO,  NOW YOU HAVE TO KNOW BY NOW THAT THE WHITE RACE IS THE MASTER RACE!!!!!!!!!!!!  YOURE JUST A t**d OFF SPRING..

  12. Sorry hon, but its not your place to solve your bf's problems. I'm sorry this is happening but he WAS here illegaly, it was bound to happen sooner or later.

Also you need to SERIOUSLY consider what you REALLY want in your life before moving OUT OF THE US! Venezuela doesn't exactly support the same freedoms as the US, you need to decide if you can handle that.

For the record, there are other men out there!
