for not calling her on her bday this is the first time i didnt call her but she has not called many tymes b4

I'd say that you need to leave a message saying you are sorry, but you have too much on your plate to remember her birthday when she is barely in your life to begin with... sorry she feels that way... time to grow up and get a life.

Let her sit and spin on that a while.

Your sister will forgive you she just feels bad that you did not call her.  Why don't you call her and apologize and see if you can do something together late for her birthday. don't worry she will come around.
