What can i do if outside are 100 degrees and we dont have AC in office?

so i work for a company .. they bought a building 9 months ago, we moved in there with our offices.. they knew that AC doesn’t work.. , they planed to fix the roof and replace AC units.. . Nothing happened yet...we don’t have windows in our floor

right now it is 92 degrees outside.. ( and is 10.30 AM )

It is h**l in here.. ? anything what i can do ? They don’t break any laws ? i am dying .. help!!

demand that the AC'S get installed or you'll go to work naked.

Get a cooler with alot of ice, and chew ice chips all day? They need to do something----ASAP. You guys have all got to be so miserable.

I would take a brake from noon to at least 4 o'clock. That part of the day is the most hot. If you can't leave your office, I would close all the window blinds and put a fan. Less outside light = cooler room temperature. Good luck!

get a fan

believe me im dying aswell. I work a construction job now that schools out and it is blistering. I dont think Ill be able to handle it if it stays this hot.
