  1. Eat ginger biscuits.  It will help you with the car sickness.

  3. Try going to sleep (thats if your not driving obviously). You can buy tablets from your pharmacy for motion sickness too.

  4. If you are asking for ways to stop feeling sick I suggest Acupressure wrist bands. which you can get almost anywhere. They help me for car sickness. =]

When I get motion sickness (this also works for morning sickness too) I wear Sea Bands (ironically I do not need them on the water) and they work like a charm.  What also works for me is drinking water or gatorade and snacking on saltines.  I have low BP and the sodium in crackers and gatorade helps a lot.  Also, ginger is great.  You can drink ginger ale, ginger tea, eat ginger biscuits, or even dried candied ginger.

    I have these tablets, you take one 1 hour before traveling and no sickness for 24 hours.

    I get sick on boats and they worked a treat! Just go to the pharmacy and ask for the stronget ones they have.

It's hard to be able to ride and not get sick.I can't even read a book when I ride.I like to m********e and smoke cigarettes and take pictures though.This usually keeps me from getting sick.Sometimes I might even m********e my lady while she drives or I will drive and she can do me but either way it keeps me from getting sick unless I smoke too many cigarettes.I recommend you keep the cigarettes down to about 1 every 3 or 4 hrs.You might try eating some fruit and water too and like concentrate on the taste of the fruit and feel it going down your throat and how it makes your body feel.

  10. Don't read just watch the road - that helps to combat the sickness.  Try putting some music on too to take your mind off it.
