  1. file a complaint in civil court, 3 days or quit, its not a criminal matter.

  2. Courthouse. Get an eviction notice. I think most states have changed so they have like 10 days to get out. At the same time, file for a civil suit asking for the back monies. It takes a while to go to court, so get it started asap.

  3. change the lock when he's gone.

the legal route takes too long.

when you've changed the locks, and he tries to get in anyway - that's breaking and entering - arrestable offense

  4. I suggest you contact an attorney.

  5. Be extremely annoying to the point where he leaves stuff like eatting all the food in the house, changing the tv channel that hes watching etc. If he still doesnt leave then be extremely unhygenic, things like peeing on the toilet seat and wiping your *** on his pillow.

    good luck.

  6. Ahh, I was going to say get the ol' shotgun out, but you want to take the legal route eh.

Well, just like a landlord can, you can evict them, if they refuse to leave, go to the police and they can remove them for you, make him aware that you're willing to do that and if he doens't compliy, do it.

  7. kick him out if you are so sick of him or just tell what he is not doing

  8. If he's not legally bound there, all you have to do is when he leaves for a time, change the locks and put his stuff out the door.  That's it.

  9. I have been through this before and the changing the locks thing can get you arrested. Write him an eviction notice, and allow him 30 days to vacate the property. Make sure that you keep a copy for yourself and have him sign it if you can. But there is no need for you to have a sheriff serve the papers to him.

  10. First thing, is to determine if that person has a legal right to BE there. Parents, for example, can NOT kick out a child under the age of 18 for example, but once the child turns 18, can literally eject the child and the child's possessions from the premises, change the locks and lock the door behind them. If the person has NO legal right to be there, a simple visiting friend of someone else for example, then you can take steps to evict that person just like a landlord tenant can on a lease or the parent with a child that turned 18. Wait until the person leaves for some reason, place all of their things outside (but protected from the elements and theft, in a garage perhaps, which you MUST allow access to on demand. You can NOT hold possessions hostage nor can you dispose of them.), change the locks and lock the door. If later that person attempts or gains entry, you have trespassing or breaking and entering and it is time for the police to get involved.

  11. Call the police and press charges because of trespassing.

  12. Is he on the lease ? if not call the shiriff dept.
