What can i do? muscle pain.

yesterday was my first day of cheer leading tryouts. and they worked me to death. i have tryouts again tonight and they are going to make us do the same things, and work us to death again. and tomarow too. but the problem is i cant even walk. i cant barely move my legs. ive put icyhot on them and it seemed to help, but im in no condition do do any real exercise. what can i do to help my muscles go back to normal in time for tonight?

  1. You should remember this for next year and be prepared by getting into shape before the day of tryouts.


  2. Okay  take some advil, excedrin,tylenol,or alieve, and then soak in a warm bath.  Tomorrow morning take some more Aleve and do some warm up stretches.  Stretching is very important, your muscle are tense from all the activity.  You are getting back into the grove after being off for the summer. Go Team Go!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  3. take a warm bath then get a good nap in a comfortable bed then stretch before u get to the tryouts
