yesterday was my first day of cheer leading tryouts. and they worked me to death. i have tryouts again tonight and they are going to make us do the same things, and work us to death again. and tomarow too. but the problem is i cant even walk. i cant barely move my legs. ive put icyhot on them and it seemed to help, but im in no condition do do any real exercise. what can i do to help my muscles go back to normal in time for tonight?
