  1. Male dogs don't go into heat, I don't know what you mean. Only females go into heat, and in the case of FEMALES you wait until they are out of heat and then you get them spayed.

  2. Male dogs don't go into heat - they are always ready to go at it.   Get your dog neutered or he will be a nuisance, run off whenever he can, fight with other males and lift his leg all over your house.

If money is an issue, call your Humane Society and get a reference for a low cost spay/neuter clinic - here it is Petluv - see what's available in your area, but neuter your dog.

  3. male dogs don't have a heat cycle....

but if its female...get her spayed..you dont have to wait until shes out of heat to have her spayed.

  4. Male dogs do not have a heat cycle. However, your dog can develop behavioral problems if he is not neutered. The behavioral issues may be what you are describing as "being in heat". Unneutered males always have the desire to breed. They display sexual frustration; which encompasses behaviors like excessive grooming of genital area, mounting people and objects,a heightened sense of territoriality,  and marking with urine indoors and outdoors.

It's been found that neutered males have less desire to roam, to mark territory (including furniture), and, if neutered before sexual maturity, they are less likely to become dominant. They may also be healthier pets: no testicles means no testicular cancer.

A neuter surgery carries a one-time cost that is relatively small when you consider the benefits. It's a small price to pay to make sure your pet's offspring aren't euthanized. For pets living in homes with limited income, reduced cost procedures may be available. Humane societies work with veterinarians to offer subsidized and affordable spay and neuter services in veterinarians offices, in specialized clinics and even in customized mobile units that bring safe, effective spaying and neutering into specific neighborhoods.

  5. male dogs dont go into heat...

  6. Males don't have a heat; females do.

  7. What are u talking about?  What do you mean "what can I do?"?  A male dog does not go into heat.

  8. if you really believe your male dog is in heat then you really are not smart enough to own a dog.  Just get him neutered

  9. you get him neutered.
