What can i do on my bed, beside from pushups, and situps?

  1. The best way to lose weight is to change your eating habits.  Consume fewer calories than you burn in a day.

    If your interested in exercising in your room simple exercises like leg lifts, jumping jacks, squats, etc. are effective for toning.

    I personally don't think a 13 year old should be worried about their weight.  You'll grow into your body.

    since your only 13

    i recommend you only do exercises with your body weight

    dont do any with free weights because you will hurt yourself

    or stunt your growth

    or do somthing bad

    until your about 15 (which is still kinda early but you seem eager)

    just do pushups and situps

    thats the best you can do

    then when you start lifting

    you will have a jump start kind of

  3. Go jogging and eat healthy. Drink plenty of water and dont drink soda. When i say go jogging I mean do something for like 30 minutes at least. If you must, run like a mile a day (like 10 minutes or so at least) and eventually you'll get some results. Losing weight this way does take time, so don't expect to workout and then next moth everything is gone. This is long term, but if you keep it up you can eat whatever you want and you wont gain anything. That's what I can now do. That's probably what I weighed when I was 13. It's not too much about what you weigh, it's if you have excess flab on your stomach. Like if you can grab a handful it's too much.

  4. get out of that bed and jump rope 15 minutes daily
