  1. Take frequent breaks from the computer screen. Look at something distant, whenever possible. Spend your free time outdoors, walking and watching the scenery. Green and blue colors are very soothing to the eyes. Take off you glasses sitting outdoors.

  2. take a break every now  and then , relax your eyes , unless you have to do an important work on computer , don't stay on it , do other things ,

  3. Eye drops?

  4. Here's an article that would help you out:

    Hope this helps....

  5. Keep a light on in the room at all times.

  6. get a screen cover

  7. take 10 minute breaks every hour

be in a well light room

  8. dont use it so much or dont sit so close

  9.   When using the comp for a long time it's recommended you follow the 20/20 rule. i.e work on your comp for 20 minutes and then take a 20 minutes break. i take abt 2 minutes to stare at a neutral colored area to relax my eyes and then go back to my work.

also you can get an anti glare screen which you can get if in the U.S, at any computer store or check this website

  10. Taking a 15 minute break every hour is usually what is suggested.

  11. Lighting has a lot to do with eye problems and computers. I have found that if I work without light, I don't strain as much. Even when I ws at work I would have the flourescent light above my desk removed and that helped quite a bit. Also try using just a small reading light aimed downward if you need some lighting.

  12. You should go to the eye doctor & have your eyes examined.  Everyone is supposed to get an eye exam at least once every 2 years.  And if you wear glasses or contacts, you should have them checked at least once a year.  Your eyes do change, so it's likely that you may need to adjust your prescription.

Also purchase an anti-glare screen protector.  This slides onto the computer monitor and reduces the glare.  Also try to get up off your desk/office every 15-20 minutes to give your eyes a rest.

  13. well just decrease your screens brightness and buy a monitor filter depending on the inch of your monitor and fix it it should help
