  1. Why do you want it? It's not yours and it's not totally all your son's. Power of attorney isn't going to help with anything on that. get your own truck.

  2. Best stay out of the drama> There paying for the truck>Or have a loan on it> They can't sell it till your son sign off > So wait till they contact you> Your power of attorney covers only what it's for not every thing in his life>

  3. You cannot get the truck.  It belongs to them and they are paying for it.  You are not entitled to it.

  4. two easy steps:

    1. ask for it

    2. call the local law enforcement and report it stolen.

  5. Ya with all that other stuff-but Tex-in arizona you report it stolen and its just a civil action you go to jail. No questions asked.

  6. I am in complete agreement with Firebird's response and wonder why you are even asking?

But hey, if you really want to get it, along with the payment on the loan they hold you need to speak with an attorney, spend the money there and let him/her go after it for you.

Just don't understand why though you'd want to expend the funds but it's your decision and choice to make.

    Good luck.

  7. Why would you want it?  That doesn't even make sense.  It's their truck, AND AND AND it's it's the bank's truck too!  It's got two owners, netiher of which is you.

Again - this makes NO SENSE.  Let the othe people make the loan payments.
