What can i do (summer holidays all mates away)?

Im 14 summer holidays all my mates are on holiday i have nothing to do or hardly any money ?:S

Here are a few suggestions for things you can do without your friends around.

1. Go online  and look up information on jobs or careers that interest you.  You'll have to do that soon anyway, as you plan your future school curriculum and perhaps do a unit on careers.

2. Go for a walk, run, or bicycle ride.  It passes the time and makes you feel more relaxed.

3. Listen to music, or play it if you have an instrument.

4. Do some chores for your parents.  They will be overjoyed.

5. FInd out if there are odd jobs you can do for your neighbors so you can earn money.  Lawn mowing, yard work, housekeeping, pet sitting, and babysitting are possibilities.

6. Get your school supplies and clothes out and decide if you need to buy anything else before school starts.

7. Sell things on eBay or Craigslist.
