  1. Stretch

  2. Plenty of protein (meat), calcium (milk) and zinc (red meat, oysters, mussels and nuts) will help your destined normal growth and a deficiency can stunt it.

  3. im a bit short 2 n i relized i have alot more advantages bcuz im short like being in the front for pic and i have a small foot so i can find shoes easily... b happy..... i love bein short......

  4. Height is largely dictated by genetics, and you can't change your genes.  You are going to be the height that you're going to be, regardless of how much you stretch, how much milk you drink and how many voodoo spells you cast.  The only real way to make a difference is bone-lengthening surgery, which is painful, dangerous, and should only be done as a medical necessity.

Besides, if you're male, you might not have had your growth spurt yet, so there might be a few more inches yet to come.  And if you're female, you're just under average height, and you might also get another inch or so anyway.

  5. nothing, but don't worry, shawn jonson from the olympics is 16 and is only 4'9"!
