What can i do to become a better running back wih my footwork and juking i want to be able to shake people?

so how can i workout my quikness of my feet and i ckant afford anything cuz im broke as a joke

  1. ask your coaches if you can you a ladder to do footwork drills on...they help alot with quickness


  2. run threw tires side by side ( u dont gotta use tires you can make squares using rope or string or even just lay something on the ground, and make sure you get your knees up and run threw it like your chopping your feet.... also get someone to work with you on reaction drills like you see coaches do like chop your feet and where ever they point go to that siide or back or forward or get on the ground and do some weight lifting or somekind of workout program
