  1. every pregnacy is different so when the doc says it should be gone they are just full of it. Zofran worked for me. i have horrible morning sickness and nothing helps with pregnacy. All i can say is im sorry and i know how ya feel.

  2. why dont you visit http://www.easyninemonths.com/morning_si...

  3. Stay in bed more

  4. Motion sickness acupressure bands...wear them 24/7! I did, and they've worked for tons of my mates, too! Check 'em out at the chemist...drug free relief! Worth a try!!

  5. ask your doctor about taking dramamine it's for motion sickness but morning sickness is very similar, my doctor said it was safe and it worked closer to the end of my morning sickness (when i started using it) but ask your doctor about it, also try lemon candy it worked pretty well for me especially when i started getting the bad tastes in my mouth but it helps the nausea also!

  6. i know you can eat crackers or they sell these wrist bands at longs that can help with the morn sickness :)

  7. Part of morning sickness is dehydration, that is why it feels similar to a hangover. As your baby grows, Your blood volume increases. This makes you more succeptible to dehydrating. I am sure you are already peeing all the time, but you might try drinking more water. try to drink a glass every hour or two during the day and cut back on diuretic drinks, like tea and coffee (soda isn't good either.) Sports drinks aren't necessary, because you aren't burning all those electrolytes as you would during work/exercise, and they have a lot of sugar many times. Before bed drink an extra glass as a kicker and see if you feel better in the morning.

  8. before you go to bed - have a high protein snack like cheese or peanut butter.  In the morning try yogurt or something smooth and creamy - it tends to go down easy and coat your stomach.

  9. Ask the doctor if he/she can prescribe a pill that helps with nausea and vomiting. I don't remember the name of it but it is specially for pregnant women. I had the same thing when I was pregnant with my son.

Talk to your doctor, because if you are not able to keep anything down you can become dehydrated which is dangerous for you and your unborn child. Good Luck!!

  10. Crackers, Believe me crackers are my best friend :D

  11. So i have had morning sickness the entire time. They told me that it would go away by 4 months but nope. i'm on the med called Zofran. It's my life support. If i don't take it right on time i get sick. But by now, 34 wks, i've gotten the hang of it. But crackers, ginger, lemons, even other meds such as promethazine and reglin didn't help. I feel your pain and maybe suggest the Zofran to your doctor. It's expensive, thank God for my insurance, but WELL worth it.

  12. Try ginger as a tea before you are sick or when you feel least sick.  Or ask your doctor if you can take ginger pills.  If you can look for look for the ginger to be standardized, it would be by far the best.

As to crackers, I used Ak Maks.  That was all I could eat.

  14. Unfortunately, there isn't much you really can do, besides the crackers, ginger ale, etc.  Remember to push fluids to stave off dehydration, and steer clear of heavy foods and meats.  Lots of fruits and veggies.

    Hang in there!

  15. Unfortunately there's not much else you can do.  You just have to wait it out.  Try taking your prenatals before bed instead of in the morning.  That tends to help a little.

    Good luck.
