  1. You know you have a warrant.

    Most fools do.

Be a real man and go down to the police station.

  2. While the others are being helpful, it would help to know why you thought you had a warrant.  Warrants typically arise when youre a criminal defendant who had to go to court...but didn't.  If that's the case, you might try returning to the specific court part and turning yourself in.  Failure to do so may lead to bail jumping charges.

  3. Contact the FBI and ask for an NCIC check.

Or you could be a real man and go to the police station in person.  Say something like, "My name is John Doe and I have a warrant out for my arrested!"

  4. Call a bail bond company and ask them to check for you.  They will need your full name and date of birth.  They will call the police for you, find out if there is a warrant and what the amount of the bond is.

If there is a warrant, you can make arrangements with them to already have the bond written, before you go surrender.

  5. You can run a background investigation on yourself. For a fee, you can use a service like Intelius to check to see if there are any outstanding warrants for your arrest.

  6. you can call the police department where you think you have a warrant. more than likely, they are gonna tell you that you have to come in and bring in your id or driver's license. they ask for id to be sure that you are who you say you are. they dont give that kind of info out on the phone for your safety and theirs!

  7. Every county sheriff's department has a warrant division you can call.  You have to grab a phone book and find the county you live in and give them a call.  Warrant info IS given over the phone.  There are no safety issues involved and it is public information.  On top of that, it is much cheaper and easier for people with warrants to just turn themselves in instead of actively searching for them.
