What can i do to find out if my ex-gf is taking advantage of me regarding child support?

I am currently paying child support for my 2 kids right now. But i do have 50/50 court order custody for the both of them. I am paying for their medical insurance. I've heard from a reliable source that the mother of my kids is managing a CARE HOME Facility which owns by her parents. But during our court hearing regarding child support, she claimed that she only makes $600 a month. So I am thnking that maybe she works under the table for her parents? Is their anything that i can do with this kind of situation?

Unfortunately, no.  The law favors the woman.  You're stuck paying the child support (which is most likely more than she spends on the children) well into the adulthood of the children if they choose to go to college.

The woman does not have to be accountable for anything, she does not even have to show she is spending the child support on the kids.

Child support is determined by your gross income as the non-custodial parent, not hers. Furthermore, as long as she is receiving a W-2 from her parents, and it reflects minimum wage, there is no way you can prove otherwise. (Her parents can legally gift her $25,000 a year, and it is not considered income).

Hire a Private Investigator and let him investigate her.  Then if you find proof, take her back to court.

you can always take her back to court and file for a reduction or to have both of your earnings verified by the court. Did the judge ask for both of your W2's in the beginning..He/she should have. File a motion to have a recalculation done. Have your circumstances changed? You may qualify for a downward modification(reduction). Good luck
