What can i do to fix my cell phone?

I bought the LG VU from at&t about two weeks ago. It worked perfectly. Suddenly, I cant even use AIM or send picture messages on my phone and send them. I do have unlimited texting plan. How can I fix this and whats wrong with my phone ?

Ho jo jo. I has the same problem with the internet from telmex in my country, they gives you cheap basic internet service but you pay the calls. Well the connection has just turning down ever 5 minutes, in this way the conection has really expensive and they offer me the prodigy plan more expensive but without call pay. I send they to the h**l.

In resume, the problem with your cell phone is your company changue it because they are a couple of thieves. like telmex of Mexico, the only comany that is growing 100% per year while the country is growing only 2.5%.

This happend to my child too, she had to get a new one, if its within 30 days GO BACK ASAP!! trade it in.. its a bug. hope the new one wont have it to.. GOOD LUCK

Get in touch with the girl earlier on Yahoo Q&A who wanted to break her phone so she can get a new one and trade with her?

Seriously, I'd be calling the company and complaining especially since the phone is only 2 weeks old.
