  1. well to start off....

    lots of running.

    lots of plyometrics.

try going to a sand pit if you can find one, and just start running through it, and jumping, like bunny hops.

work on jumping on and over things.

    lots of lunges.

anything that will help you stay quick on your feet.

wall sits did wonders for me... google them

    pushups

    jumprope

lots of sit ups and crunches

any other questions message me. im happy to help

  2. Ok, well first off, you should start by getting in good shape: running, eating right, ect.

Then, go to walmart or something and buy a vollyball net and set it up in your back-yard. Then, in your free time practice bumping to yourself, serving, and all that good stuff.

I am assuming that some of your friends play v-ball too, so this is what my friends do. Every saterday, we all get to together at the park and we will play one or two games. (you can just do this in your backyard)

That way it can help your spiking and things that you need to do with other people.

And lastly, you can sometimes invite a friend over and play in the backyard, one-on-one.

Hope this helps a lot, and good luck on making the team!

  3. Go to lots of summer vball camps. That helps.

Do lots of exercizing, running, lots of jumping, crunches, like the people above me said.

    Be healthy.

By a vball [if u don't already have one] and just practice hitting it against your wall or something.

Practice with a friend, go to your school gym and practice.

There are lots of ways, just stay determined!

    =)
