  1. Try Yoga. no really.  And positive thinking!


  2. music. listen to some songs that you enjoy.  

  3. -Write in a journal

    -Go on vacation

    -Go to counseling

    -Take a warm bath

    -Get warm and read a book

    -Hug someone you love

    -Write all the positive things in your life on a piece of paper

    -Take a walk

    -Go for a drive

    -Call a friend

    -Do something you love

    -Watch a comedy

    -Go shopping

    and so forth!

    You determine your happiness!

  5. Always think of things in a happy way just always have a positive outlook on things if you do that for about a week your nature will change.

When I'm sad, I like to listen to my iPod.  Music always seems to cheer me up.  Also, I know it sounds weird, but I often exercise when I am sad.  Just getting outside makes all the problems I have seem smaller.  In addition, you release endorphins (commonly known as runner's high) and this makes you feel better.  Other than that, just go hang out with your friends 'cause they will help cheer you up.  Sometimes if you go do normal things, you feel normal again.  Hope this helps.
