  1. Jog at least for 30 mins,drink milk and do sit-ups.

    And also have a balanced diet.

    maybe around your block or at a local socer feild

    i need to get in shape also and im gonna start running with my bro =]


  3. RUN. RUN RUN. Endurance running. eat less so you can run longer. drink water. be healthy. once that's mastered, run with a soccer ball.

  4. you can't just run alot, even tho that does help, you also have to practice juggling and ball skills. also practice set pieces, corners, pks, 1v1 situations with a friend.

  5. Run every day - one of the most important things for soccer is stamina.  

    If you've never played before, find some kids in the neighborhood who'd like to kick the ball around some.
