First of all, make sure your blog is interesting enough so that people will want to click on it. Then, once people are on your site, make sure they can see your ads well enough to click on them, if they are blended in too much with your background they can be hard to see, I would make the border stand out more. The more traffic you have to your blog, the more people will see your ads. I would suggest joining forums and posting articles that include the link to your blog.

You need to improve the ads, Try putting a banner across the top. I get a lot of clicks on the top banner. The verticle banner should be larger. The more advertising space you have the more clicks you will have.  You need to have a blog that anyone can leave a url on. Bloggers will not visit your site if they can't leave a a comment with a url. Here is an article

you can't get people to click on you adsense ads coz you'll get suspended. google has security put up on adsense so that there won't be any cheats. what you can do, is to get better content for your blog so that you'll get more readers.
