  1. Stop giving him the option of anything sweet. He will eat what is available if he is hungry.

  2. dont give him any sweets. it may be hard at first, but if he is really hungry, he will eat what you give him.

  3. Stop giving sweets, and make it seem like the not-sweets are just as good, making faces and saying "yummyyyyyyyy!" haha

  4. you can put jelly or some sugar in it

  5. First, don't feed anymore baby food. Second, allow him to feed himself. Third, only offer the non-sweet foods first, when he has eaten about half then give him his sweet potatoes. Fruits I always serve last, when they are finished with their meat and veggies. In 22 years of child care I have rarely had problems with children not eating, some will not like a certain vegetable or fruit, but they all eat their meat, vegetables, milk and then they are given fruit.

  6. Leave sweets off the table.  He'll eventually get the message.

  7. You could always try to mix a little sweet in with whatever else you are feeding, then slowly phase it out?

Out of my three they either wouldn't eat anything or would eat everything!
