Question:

What can i do to get my sleeping routine back?

i went on holiday and got back at 4am on friday morning. I then slept from 4:30am till 1:45pm. Ever since my sleeping has been wack! Im not tired till 4am and sleep till 11 to 1, the next day!

I really am loosing sleep and need help!

I know this is in the wrong section just thought that mums might know what to do...

  1. Set your alarm to wake up after 5 hours of sleep. Then stay up until your preferred bedtime. It should only take a day or two to get back on track. Hope you had a fun holiday.


  2. do your routines at the same time you used to like shower watch tv or read.  some say warm milk helps personally i think it's gross.  try a benadryl to help you sleep for a couple nights see if it helps

  3. do not have any caffeine/colas/coffee/ teas/ chocolates

    no desserts - sweets before bedtime  

    set your alarm clock for 10am wake up  

    go to bed at midnite

    have a sleepy tea or warm milk before bed ( it works ) relaxes you

    no telly 1 hr before bedtime - read a book instead in bed

    wear comfy pajamas low light- reading
