  1. Try ginseng tablets get a bottle at COSTCO. Some ginseng is garbage. I try to buy reputable brands that are fresh that's why I said get it there. It shouldn't interact with anything you are taking, but, I'm not a doctor. I'm 45. Ginseng has been used since the B.C. times for increased energy and mental alertness. Hope you get better. I guess you can't ride a bike, huh? That's pretty good for excersize and energy.

  2. can you try swimming, alot of people with ingeries find swimming is a good way to keep in shape without putting a lot of stress ont he body.  some pools offer water arobics classes designed for peopel like you.  If your just lookign for an energy boost you can always try the senior in college route and just drink a few redbulls lol.

  3. This is one of those tough ones.   But the fact is if you don't start, you will never get any more.         If you can walk some, then do it.  Don't look for an excuse of why you can't do it.  Just do it.    And the next day at the same time, do it again the same distance.  Again, no excuse.   And keep at it.   Sooner or later you will find you could have walked a little bit farther (because you are not as tired)  So, walk a little farther.     Walking burns up alot of energy as the leg muscles are the biggest and you need a number of them to do the walking process.   Maybe down the road, you will find yourself running out of the rain as part of the walk.   It builds up that way.   That is how it works.

First, stop with the excuses.  B'cause kids never have excuses why they can't play.
