What can i do to have a good dream?

Any tips?

dont say think about something good before i go to bed.

I already do that.

tell me something else i can do.

like eat certain things or what?

  1. Well, thinking good thoughts would help, but I honestly dont think there is a certin food that can make you think happy thoughts.

    I mean, you can try eatting your favorite food, but im not sure how well that will help.

    every night right before i go to bed i always call up my boyfriend or bestfriend and talk to them for a little bit.  It always cheers me up from a bad day or puts me in a good mood before bed.

    but thats just me, i generally dont have bad dreams.


  2. there isnt really much you can do except think about what you want to dream about before you sleep and turn off your alarm clock to wake up on your own.

  3. I know for sure that you should never eat too late, makes you get nightmares or else you wouldn't be able to sleep well.

    Have dinner between 6pm - 8pm, that's the ideal I reckon.

    There's a way to make your dreams come true. Visualise what you want or who you want to dream of, then quickly skip that thought without completing it. (Its not as easy as it sounds). For example, maybe ur just thinking & suddenly you get a phone call & you forget all about that thought.

    Its garanteed to work 100% if you do it right. Works best before bed to prevent you from thinking about that thought again (because once you do, you've lost it).

    Everything that the brain starts, has to finish & if it dosnt finish, it comes back as a dream. Bet it works for nightmares too though I doubt anyone would want that so there you go! It took me a few tries before getting the hang of it. Thats how you create a dream :)

    P.s: u cant controll the dream, you can only controll the thought on who or what you wanna dream about!
