  1. For thick and healthy hair, you need to have an intake of a healthy and balanced diet. Try taking a balanced diet that contains nutritious food and don’t skip meals. Make sure your diet contains enough proteins and include fresh vegetables, eggs, fruits and nuts.To Know more about your hair http://tipsfromruby-hairgrow.blogspot.co... will you.

  2. go to youtube and write andrea's choice!! U will not regret it!!

  3. The natural growth rate for most people is about 1/2" per month. There is basically nothing you can do to change that. So your hair will be 4" longer in 8 months.

  4. Use shampoo and conditioner that make your hair healthier. I suggest tresemme.    visit the website www.tresemme.com

  5. There are vitamins that are sold in a bottle saying specifically "vitamins for hair and nails".  They really work.  I can't tell you how much your hair will grow because I don't know you and your hair.  But the vitamins will help.

  6. Eat healthy and all your vitamins..

  7. Seriously what will definately work is very simple... you have to eat fruits, drink plenty of water and take Vitamin B6 and Biotin. That will work best! Also, take a multivitamin in addition to the B6 and Biotin, I like women's one a day.

Not sure how long it will grow for you in 8 months. But it will grow!!
