i'll be in the 8th grade running xc for the second year. last year my best time was 14:06, but i know i can do so much better now that i'm in better shape than when i started last year and that i had track to get me in better shape. i just want to get down in the 12's for my 2 mile time. right now i'm running 2-3 miles a day 5-6 days a week. but in august i want to run 5 miles a day. is there anything else i can do to accomplish my goal? please i want this so bad its not funny!
