well from one picture it looks like your foundation (if ur wearing foundation) is all over the face except around the eyes, which makes them look like white circles around them, so remember to blend foundation throughly and equally.

also, i find- like me- you like going with the natural look, because minimal is best.

think on inhancing you features with THICK mascara, i reccommend DiorAddict- Blackout.

its really good, adds volume and legnth and makes them INCREDIBLY back and spread out..

get some Lancome juicy tubes also, this would make ur lips look fuller and glossier

also experiment with a pallet of eyeshadows.... try ones that compliment your eyes, i cant remember ur eye colour but think of complimentary colours with it, and  black eyeliner is a girls best friend!! x

but i recommend getting ur hair cut,

i think it doesnt suit ur face, get it shorter- maybe feathers and layers put in,
