  1. Take more of each.  Smoke while you're at it, and make sure you increase your altitude either by flying or mountain climbing


  2. Jump up & down to get your blood flowing.

  3. take them all at once...and check into rehab!!!!

    Let me give you some kind & useful advice from someone who's..."been there"... Please...  D O N ' T  combine the 2 at all!! NEVER!!!You will at "one point" endanger your life to the "point of NO return"!! I mean well with you!!! I've been in therapy, where I've met some "poor creatures" who have just done  THAT  what you're intending to do....and they are in such BAD shape...-they walk around like Zombi's- mental cripples!!! Please do  N O T  do this "mixture" ever again!!!

    Certain medications & alcohol make a destructive "combination"!!!! So please : KEEP away from such selfdestructive behavior!!!

    Hope, you'll take my well meant advice & heed my word! Lots of LOVE & CARE from Germany.... Annette****
