What can i do to increase the strength of my orgasms?

they are so weak sometimes i am not even sure i am having one. I have to concentrate to feel it. Any one with negative comments will be reported so stay positive. Thanks for the help.

  2. you can do kegel exercises.  that is when you squeeze your v****a, hold it a moment, then release.  it is like when you can hold your urine when urinating and then release.  your diet is something else.  don't eat too many sweets.   herbs from the health food store.  they really work and have a lot to choose from.   zinc helps too. at the health food store, ask where the arousal herbs are.  have no embarrassment please.  it is ok to look at them, ok?  good luck!!!

  3. try the tantric method .you can do this by flexing your muscles like you have to pee real bad. keep flexing on and off for a half hour each day . this should help your muscles contract better when having an o****m

The longer that you hold off before you climax.  The better the o****m is.  If you are masturbating you should bring your self as close to climax as you can and then stop and repeat this several times.  When you finally do finish it will be built up and come on way stronger.  If you have a partner include more foreplay.

    Although I've known many women who sometimes (even often) have "mini-orgasms", I've never known one who couldn't tell if she'd had one.

    This is a compilation of all the descriptions (their descriptions differed wherever I use the word "might" below) that I've received from 2 wives and many girlfriends over the past 35 years:

    It can take anywhere from a few seconds to a couple of hours to reach o****m... both of these are unusual but normal, and anything in between is just fine.

    Just before o****m, you might have a feeling a bit like you have to pee, but it's not quite the same, and when your o****m first happens, there'll be a very strong (sometimes intense and *powerful*), warm and sometimes tingly feeling that spreads from your clitoris to your v****a and then through your whole lower body. Then very quickly your clitoris, your v****a, your crotch muscles and your butt-hole will squeeze and pulse a few times while that feeling spreads all over you.

    During all this, your toes will probably curl, your nipples will probably harden and stand up, you might feel like you need to hold your breath or like you have to breathe really fast, your body will want to tense up and might jerk or shake or shiver, and you might make some noises (grunts, gasps, groans or cries) that you can't really control.
