Want to come back to the buisness that i work in to make the laugh and smail as they walk out with their product

  2. smile i think you mean? well it all depends what type of bussiness but you, yourself be very nice , keep a smile on be polite and well do what you are trained to do.. as for the customers not all the customers will leave happy but try to satisfy there wants at an affordable price because some customers will research before they buy your product and if they find a cheaper product you will lose your sales and many other customers if it leaks.. good luck

  4. Do you tend to have a lot of return customers? Try to learn their names and address them by their names.  If they've bought things a couple times, the third time, give them a 10% discount, for being "good customers".  Be polite, friendly, give them what they want and they will be sure to return.

  5. Meet their needs. Give them exactly what they came in for.

  6. If you are looking for repeat business, laughing is not a prerequisite - shoot for a good shopping experience.  Greet the customer politely, attend promptly to their needs, know your product and be able to answer questions (or at least know where the answer is), don't deceive them.

    Mostly, don't ignore them but don't pressure them.  Learn to read people - some folks want to look around and get comfortable, others want to be hand held - that's why you greet them as early as you can.  

    Once you have established this customer relation, then you can work on a laugh or a smile - remember, everyone's sense of humor is different - what seems funny to you may be insuling or uncomfortable to someone else.  That's why you shoot for pleasant and helpful first.

Universally a customer will be happy if you provide something more than what they expect. Go to a child and tell him that you want to give him a chocolate. He would be happy but give him a pack of them. He will be delighted

  11. You should wear s**y outfits but not S****y all the saleswomen I've ever met that represent large Corporations dress that way and they are very nice like they actually like you
