  1. fmf exhaust. jet kit for the carb. and just some simple tweaking. put bigger jets in the carb. more gas and air = more power.

  2. Sorry man, but Auburn is right. You cannot turn the CRF150F into a race bike. You could spend thousands of dollars buying every engine mod BBR makes and it still wouldn't compete because of the suspension and steel frame. It is a great trail bike but just not made for motocross. BBR and Powroll makes the best mods for that bike. As far as making the rear shock stiffer, you can buy the BBR spring. Adjusting the preload will make it stiffer to some extent but will also make it worse. The preload should be set for your weight, not how stiff you want the suspension, that is what springs are for.

  3. there are endless modifications you can do to that bike. Exhaust will help, motor work will help, suspension...etc...

to make the rear shock stiffer with no money being spent on it is limited. Take off the subframe, and tighten the pre load adjuster nut.

you might want to spend the 100 bucks needed to buy a new rear spring......

  4. You may be better off saving up and getting a crf150r if you are talking about racing and jumping as the crf150f is not really a race machine.  Yeah you can do stuff to it to make it better but ulimately it is till a bike along the lines of a ttr125 and not designed to jump.
