hi my name i luis and today was my first day of practice for jv(junior varsity) when i went to practice today at first i thought it was pretty easy..... then we ran wind sprints back and forth.. and when we finally took a break i barely got any water... and the coach didnt care we had to go back and everywhere we go we run... my legs are very sor ei came home to sleep.... but i cant stop thinking about the next day of practice... and if ill make it. also on monday is h**l week. any tips on what i should do?
