What can i do to not tire fast?

im a boxer working on my condition to not tire easily on the ring

instead of runing what can i do to help myself not to tire fast?

  1. Energy in the form of food and drink before you fight (in moderation) and topping it up between rounds. Also just keep training hard and you'll be able to run off that energy much longer in the future.


  2. nothing can replace running. you need to do roadwork to have the stamina for boxing. if you have trouble running start out only twice a week: 1 for long distance and 1 for sprints. if you have access to a pool on other days start swimming laps. but ultimately you need to run a lot if you want to fight. if you can't run you can't fight.

  3. use a jump rope its build up stamina

  4. "high altidude training" is the best way ! you probably dont like running but thats the best for conditioning...run everyday at high altitude in the mountains!
