What can i do to pitch faster on mvp ncaa baseball 2007?

right now my pitchers throw around 84-86 most of the time, not a good velocity at all, and sometimes down to 80, but every once in a while i do something that gets them up to 90-92. I just dont know what im doing or what i can do to keep it consistently at that speed
