I'm 17 years old and I have had the same problem since age 13. After the past 4 years I've learned that the best thing to do is RELAX. Don't always think about if you're sweating and it's leaving stains under your arms, you'll just get tense and you'll sweat more. Wear a good anti-perspirant deodorant such as Ban or the Arm & Hammer. Also wear clothing that you're comfortable in!
