What can i do to stop being sore from cheewring practice??

i have a very important competiton tryout tonight but im still sore from practice yesterday. what can i do to relieve the soreness?

  1. stretching and lots of rest


  2. Salonpas, Tiger Balm or Ben-g*y Ithink will mask the pain.

    You will probably be extra sore are your competition though.  

  3. I usually sit on the couch with a really warm blanket and when ever I go to my next practice I take an IB Profen right before I go.

  5. try doing a "cool down" stretch.

    stretch your arms and legs.

    do it slowly.

    take a hot shower or bath.

    the heated water should relieve the pain.

    also, try icing the parts of your body that are sore.
