All my life I have worried and obsessed way too much over the smallest of things. This has also led to pessimism. I would really like to get over these problems but don't know how. Please don't tell me to "just relax" or "think positively" because it's much easier said than done. What I have is much more serious than bad habits and can't be fixed that easily...However im hoping that it CAN be fixed. Please help me or refer me to someone that can help. Thank you.
