What can i do to stop the harrasment ???

I received a phone call from a collector, i agreed to pay the amount due my next pay day, 2day alter they call and say the need payment in full right now so i asked about my arrangements that said non are documented i told him the company was very unprofessional and he said '' YOU ARE AN IRRESPONSIBLE IDIOT WHO DOES NOT DESERVE TO BE ALIVE LET ALONE GET A SECOND CHANCE AT PA YIN BACK A DEBT '' what can i do to stop the harassment until i can pay the bill and at this time they will not offer me my orginal

Call Dave Ramsey.  Seriously, you need financial counseling.  From what you say, you are being harassed which is illegal.  They may call you and demand payment.  They may not threaten you or malign you in the process.  The problem is that you probably cant prove that they did this beyond your word.  Although a professional may cost some money, it is likely that they can better advise you as to how to proceed.

Go online and find the address of the collection company.  Then write a letter to the CEO or President laying out what you just said and what the collector said to you.   You have been dealing with a low life moron.

Tell them to stick the debt up their butt. What are they going to do, keep calling you? That's about all they can do. They can't take it out of your pay, they can't do anything except make phone calls.

Debt Collectors don't have much experience in customers service to begin with and it's usually the only job they can get. Don't expect much diplomacy from them. If they continue to call you, then contact the police and tell them you're being harassed electronically via telephone.
