What can i do when the car doesn't start?

I have car but did like a week without driving it, so today I tried to start it but it couldn't make even a single noise.

What can possibly be wrong? the battery or something else?

When car sits for many days,battery will go dead,if it is marginal (means more than 3 year old).Get a boost then let it charged up for a while.

First charge the battery(though one week should not have drained it) The battery is probably defunct.

Kick the tyres...and call your friend, or brother who know a lot about cars

get someone to jump it with a jumper cable and wander up to the nearest auto zone store and have your battery and alternator checked.
