What can i do whilst boxing is off?

hi i go boxing but it iws off for a week for whit, what can i do to stay fit fast and powerful any exercises or ideas ? thanks

  1. Weight training and even basic boxing training at home. Shadow boxing in front of the mirror. Run this week to increase your stamina aswell. That other guy that said snooker is stupid. How does snooker make you powerful or strong?
