  1. You can drive wherever the road leads you, as for your passengers, you can consult the Rules of the Road of  your state.


  2. I'm pretty sure that by yourself you can drive to school (and maybe work). Anywhere else you need a licensed driver with you, and you can't drive after dark.

  3. If you're talking about the Long Island in New York State:

    You can drive wherever you want during daylight hours (I forget exactly what they are) as long as there is an eligible adult in the vehicle with you (in the passenger seat).

    Eligible means:

    parent

    guardian

    driving instructor

    adult with signed note from your parents

    (there was a fifth one, I forgot again)

  4. Isn't that information in you learners manual book?  Probably on your test.

  5. You have to drive with a licensed driver over the age of 21 in the passenger's seat until you get a senior license.
