What can i do with a lazy/ignorant brother?

he's 17 years old but he's lazy i even got him a job at the same restaurant i work at but he's so lazy and he's making me look bad help please.

you are gonna have to stop and allow him to do things on his own. if he want food, clothes, a roof, he will have to pay for it. you letting go will force him to man up. after all he is 17 he is not a baby
