I don't want to study further - I've had enough. I did the masters out of interest, not so much as a career aspiration but I want to make something of it now. Any suggestions?

Oh, and I'm on for a merit

  1. You could:

    Teach

    Become a social worker

Work for the police in some capacity

    Civil service

    Human resource management

    Etc

  2. McDonalds have announced thousands of new jobs!

  3. I'm sure like in the United States, you could do a number of things. You could either work for a corporation or a government civil job in addition to social work. Research a company or hit internet job sites and look for a company that you like. Get your foot in the door and work your way up.

  4. Ive got a degree in sociology and im asking myself the same question!

might go and do a PGCE, Maybe.

  5. My understanding of a Masters in Sociology is that of statistics, yes?   Sounds like you may have the makings of a government person. . .

    Good luck!  :)

  6. Become another grey, politically correct, ethnically sensitive prude who disregards the native peoples of this land, and by following multi-culti policy instead promotes blacks, asians - the darker the skin the better. Even sleep with some of them, and loudly proclaim how superior/well endowed/considerate/decent they are compared to the white equivalent.Take a large salary in exchange for selling out your kinsfolk. Marry a white guy and put him down at every opportunity. Finally divorce at 40, obtaining maximum settlement and ruining him after furtively seeing a black colleague on the side, and marvelling at the size of his organ, as you now feel like you have been deprived/defeminised/subverted by men for long enough, you embark on a voracious sexual campaign, and experiment sexually with other women..

  7. Teaching springs to mind? You say you don't want to study further but you could qualify as teacher by doing a PGCE in one year if you wanted to. The salary is better than it used to be and the job very secure (if you can put up with the pupils).

Accountancy? You could get exempted from the whole first stage of ACCA examinations.

Civil Service? Used to be a secure career; not so much these days I'm afraid.

Prostitution? Meet a lot of interesting people while working from home and being your own boss.

It's been a pleasure doing business with you!

    Only joking!!!

    EDIT:

Oh come on! Two negative votes and I said I was only joking!

    For heaven's sake!
