  1. You can squeeze the water out of it and grill it or fry it.  You can crumble it up and fry with spices and chopped onions and peppers to make scrambled tofu.  You could also crumble it up and make it into tofu "egg" salad with mayonnaise (vegan or regular), chopped celery, your favorite spices, and maybe some chopped pickles, and have it an sandwich.

  2. defrost it, cook it up and eat it. You can use it any any recipe where you normally use tofu.

  3. I was going to say defrost, cook, and eat.

You could be utterly lazy and coat with flour, nutritional yeast, and spices, fry it up, and serve with a potato or rice pilaf and some veggies.

  4. Since it is frozen, it will be more dense once defrosted, as much of the water will leach out during defrosting. This is a good thing if you want to pan fry or grill the tofu. Defrost it on several layers of paper toweling or another means of raising it out of the melt water. Slice, season and grill as you like. Or you can simply cube it and use it in soups or stir fries. It might be more crumbly than before it was frozen, but it is perfectly fine to use.
